Arkusz Excela służący do wyliczania początkowej i końcowej gęstości w skali Plato/Blg na podstawie wskazań skali Brix refraktometru. Obliczenia na podstawie formuł Seana Terilla z http://seanterrill.com. W czerwone pola wpisujemy wskazania refraktometru i uzyskujemy odczyty OG/FG oraz Plato/Blg. Nie gwarantuję poprawności formuł, ale według moich pomiarów są OK.

UWAGA! Dla poprawnych obliczeń konieczne jest podanie obu odczytów - PRZED i PO fermentacji.

W tym kalkulatorze wynik dla pomiarów warki: 13 blg -> 7 - pokazał ok. 3,5 blg, co się pokrywa ze "spławikiem".

Natomiast dla innej warki: 28 blg -> 17,5 pokazuje 18,5 blg. Zarówno spławik (11 blg) czy choćby przelicznik na brewness.com (10,3 blg) podają dużo niższy wynik.
Pytanie - która wartość jest właściwa?
