Dodaj kilka skrzydełek kury i wymieszaj. Usmaż albo upiecz to na grillu, na patelni albo w piekarniku, Buffalo sos: zagrzej 1/4 kubka (4 tblsp) masła i dodaj 3/4 kubka hot sauce. Dodaj sos do skrzydełek. Serwuj buffalo wings z blue cheese dressing i z świeżym selerem.
