Interpretacja receptury chmielenia

Witam! Robię właśnie klon pewnej receptury z amerykanskiego forum: wedzone Ale (12 Plato, 4 kg slodu pilznenskiego, 1 kg wedzonego bukiem i 0,4 wedzonego wisnia). Jedyna wskazowka, jaka uzyskalem od autora receptury dot. chmielenia brzmi: "It’s lightly bittered with Magnum and finished with Sterling."

 

Pytanie: czy sadzicie, ze poprzez uzycie slowa "finshed with Sterling" autor ma na mysli chmielenie pod koniec gotowania czy chmielenie na zimno?

 

Jakies pomysly ile chmielu uzyc? Chce, zeby byl wyczuwalny, ale wedzonosc tez ma grac wazna role.
