polsyn Posted August 13, 2016 Share Posted August 13, 2016 Witam, projektujej moje kolejne piwo, ma być to tak jak w temacie, red ipa ok. 15-16blg, 50IBU, blend z winem dodanym na cichą. Co sądzicie o takim pomyśle? Czy ktoś z Was o coś takie robił/słyszał? Troche poszukałem i na nic nie mogłem znaleźć na ten temat. Planuje dodać ok 2L. wina słodkiego/półsłodkiego. Czy wg Was ma to jakikolwiek sens? Chciałbym to potraktować jako eksperyment, ale wydaje mi się, że planowane 10% całości jako wino może wnieść coś ciekawego do bazowego stylu red IPA.
