Matistach Posted September 12, 2019 Share Posted September 12, 2019 Witam. Czy ktoś dodawał ostropest do piwa? jeżeli tak to w jakich ilościach i w jakiej formie ? Myślę nad dodaniem "herbatki" z ostropestu przed samym rozlewem jednak nie wiem jaka ilość będzie odpowiednia i czy ostropest wnosi jakieś nieprzyjemne posmaki oraz aromaty. Pozdrawiam. sulko Posted September 12, 2019 Share Posted September 12, 2019 Dodałem 5% świeżo mielonego ostropestu do zacierania. Piwo było jednak ciemne i mocne (28 brix) z 10% dodatkiem gryki, kasza gryczana ma intensywny posmak i maskuje. W tle wyczuwalny bardzo słaby posmak, kojarzy mi się z syropem na kaszel z dzieciństwa.
