darko Posted February 22, 2011 Share Posted February 22, 2011 Piwo w stylu American Pale Ale, ekstrakt 12 Blg, alk. 4,5% Barwa złota, piania średnio trwała, nagazowanie średnie. Przy pierwszym niuchnięciu mocno chmielowe, cytrusowe, kwiatowe. Później pojawia się jakaś dziwna, jakby zleżała nuta. Być może to też chmiel, ale coś tu jest nie "teges". Smak już nie jest tak bogaty, płaski, lekka słodycz, na koniec nietypowa cytrusowa goryczka. Nie podeszło mi. Jakiś dziwny ten styl. Piłem coderowe amber ale, i było wyśmienite.
