Jako surowiec planuję użyć ciemnego bruntala 1.7 kg, jasnego bruntala(lub wesa) 1.7 kg oraz 0.5kg wesa barwiącego. Planuje ok. 20litrów. Drożdże s-04, chmiel Marynka 30g. Pytanie mam następujące- czy ilość ekstraktu barwiącego jest odpowiednia? Czytałem gdzieś że dodając zbyt dużo barwiącego można zepsuć stouta.
