Arkra Posted February 5, 2013 Share Posted February 5, 2013 Cześć Mam na imię Arek. Z wykształcenia jestem agrobiochemikiem ale nie pracuję w zawodzie. Warzę piwo od roku. Pierwsze 3 z brewkidów kolejne 7 z zacieraniem. Na razie korzystam z zestawów ale jak opanuję dobrze tą sztukę to stworzę własną procedurę. Generalnie mam mało czasu na to hobby (sobota/niedziela) ale pracuję nad tym. Sprzęt podstawowy 2 fermentatory BA garnek emaliowany i drobnica. Pochwalę się: wszystkie 7 moich warek z zacieraniem wyszło super. Określili to moi znajomi jak i przygodni ludzie których poczęstowałem swoim piwem. Moim marzeniem jest stworzenie własnego browaru restauracyjnego. Moje smaki to piwa belgijskie - najlepsze na świecie, potem czeskie i niemieckie.
