coder Posted February 22, 2013 Share Posted February 22, 2013 Aromat: trochę estrowy (ciemne owoce), trochę weizenowych fenoli, nutki winne Barwa: mocnej herbaty, lekko mętne Piana: obfita, dość rzadka, mało trwała Smak: rześki, owocowy (maliny, wiśnie, goździki) z bazą słodową, ładnie zbalansowany Goryczka: niewyczuwalna Odczucie w ustach: pełne, mocno nagazowane, lekko szorstkie od CO2 Ogólne wrażenie: bardzo udane piwo w tym bardzo trudnym stylu, jeden z lepszych dunkelweizenów jaki piłem.
