Mam za sobą dopiero 2 warki (IPA z brewkitu oraz Pils na ekstraktach), w związku z czym nadal jestem laikiem, natomiast planuję kolejną warkę na ekstraktach z samodzielnym chmieleniem, tym razem AIPA. I tutaj miałbym do Was prośbę o weryfikację i ewentualne uwagi odnośnie chmielenia. Dostępne mam po 50g chmieli Chinook (11,7%), Cascade (8%) i Citra (13,1%) i zastanawiam się jakby to dobrze rozegrać. Planuję warkę 20l, ekstrakt w granicach 14 Blg. Co myślicie o czymś takim: Chinook 30g - 60 min Chinook 20g - 30 min Cascade 20g - 15 min Cascade 10g - 5 min Cascade 20g - na chłodzenie Citra 50g - na zimno 4 dni Poprzednie piwa robiłem zgodnie z przepisem dołączonym do zestawu, więc jest to moja pierwsza warka z całkowicie samodzielnym chmieleniem i nie chciałbym tego spaprać ?
