cyjarz Posted March 3, 2011 Share Posted March 3, 2011 Witam, właśnie uwarzyłem Prawdziwe "Ale" na bazie ekstraktu słodowego. Wg instrukcji gęstość początkowa powinna mieć 10 Blg. Po zmierzeniu ( brzeczka 20l) aerometrem wyszło mi 12 Blg. Co dalej: 1. Rozcieńczyć do 10, czy pozostawić? 2. Czy w związku z wyższym pomiarem piwo będzie mocniejsze, lepsze? TomX Posted March 3, 2011 Share Posted March 3, 2011 1. Zostawić. 12°Blg to "standardowa" gęstość "zwykłych" piw. Osobiście uważam, że 10°Blg daje cieniasa a nie piwo 2. Sprawdź areometr. Może sam w sobie jest źle skalibrowany i oszukuje. Dla czystej wody w temp. 20°C powinien wskazywać dokładnie 0 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
