O, Koledzy, jak ja nie lubię kiedy ludzie piszą niedbale po internetach nie zważając ani na interpunkcję, ani na ortografię. No i mi się to przytrafiło, strasznie się wstydzę  Już poprawione;-)

A co do sedna to te same zdjęcia wysłałem (w zasadzie zrobiła to moja żona) z prośbą o wyjaśnienie do producenta. I oto co otrzymaliśmy (niżej). Myślę, że dalsze komentarze nt. sklepu są zbyteczne. Nie wiem tylko czy podać Wam, o który sklep chodzi. W zasadzie zaopatruję się tam od kilku lat i dotąd nie miałem podobnej sytuacji. No i w końcu dostanę zwrot pieniędzy. Jednak ta pierwsza odpowiedź, że niby wszystko to jest OK vs. odpowiedź od Bruntala....

Subject: Re: question about the quality of wheat extract   Dear Alicja,   the quality of your photo is not the best, but I suppose (I am sure for 99%), it is MOULDS on the malt extract and so definitelly DO NOT USE IT, DO NOT EAT IT. Who is the seller of the extract please? Are they write the production date, best before and batch number, please? Please, ask the satisfaction from the e-shop and if they would inform us about it, so we would satisfy them. But I need to know best before and the batch number. We suppy our malt extracts in the doses without labels to the e-shop and the fix their own labels and sell the extract under they brand usually. I am sorry for the complication. We have deposit of the sample from each batch of the extract, so we would check it. It is possible, that the extract was not stored in the good condition, or the dose was contaminated befor the filling of the extract to the dose. The Extract is pasteurized before its filling to final packaging and it is a natural product and we do not add any preserve to the extract. And the extract is best natural nutrition for the yeast and moulds. It is very occasionaly only, but it could happend sometimes, it could get wrong. Let me know closer information, please. I am sorry again.
