Grespp Posted August 29, 2016 Share Posted August 29, 2016 Witam, przed chwila skonczylem zacieranie i piwo ma kolor mataliczny/szary. Warzyłem weizena ze słodów z strzegomu. Jest to moja pierwsza warka z zacieraniem dlatego zadziwił mnie kolor. Czy taki kolor jest normalny ? jest sens wogole to chmielic i zadawać drożdze ? Składniki: - Strzegom słód jasny pilzneński - 1kg - Strzegom słód pszeniczny - 2kgZacieranie: – 20 minut w 44°C– 45 minut w 63°C– 20 minut w 72°C- 78°C wygrzew Pozdrawiam. dziedzicpruski Posted August 30, 2016 Share Posted August 30, 2016 Ktos już miał taki osad i podobny kolor jakby mu śrutownik sam się ześrutował ,brzeczka po filtracji powinna być w miarę klarowna,może opalizująca,ale na pewno nie mętna na maxa i szara.
