mich321 Posted June 11, 2019 Share Posted June 11, 2019 hej, robie drugiego brewkita tylko nie wiem jakiej firmy najlepiej- za duży wybór, dodatkowo chodzi mi kilka rzeczy żeby spełniał - jasne - dość szybkie do zrobienia(najlepiej pod koniec lipca/sierpnia) - delikatnie owocowy aromat w sumie tyle :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Muchor Posted June 11, 2019 Share Posted June 11, 2019 No to ja też się wypowiem, zgodnie z zasadą "nie znam się, ale co tam". Pale Ale od Gozdawy wyszło mi bardzo dobre, tylko czekałem dłużej na zakończenie fermentacji bo te porcje drożdży są trochę małe (7g, a nie 10g). Pierwsze piwo to był Bulldog i Zeriously White, też był dobry. Uznałem, że nawet jeżeli Gozdawa nie jest najlepszy, to na początek będzie i tak lepszy niż koncerniaki. Dlatego Dark Ale od Gozdawy przefermentowałem innymi drożdżami, Pure Ale Yeast 7, no i faktycznie były szybsze.
